Welcome to the "CCMC Redressal system". The system involves a web portal, mobile apps and kiosks to allow the people of Coimbatore lodge a grievance through various sources. This was built with the intention of letting people lodge grievances at their convenience without being physically present.
Grievances raised by the citizens will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of working days. Citizens can track the live status of their application at any stage through the web or mobile app.
Citizens can also provide feedback on the overall experience and the specific department that offered resolution of the lodged grievance. This will help us better our services to the concerned citizens and create a responsible civic society.
